IJS has continued investment and research to provide optimized solutions for our customers' needs. Since our founding as a die manufacturing division in 1986, we have accumulated nearly four decades of expertise in automotive stamping technology.
Established as an independent corporation in 2014, IJS has grown into a Grade 1 die manufacturing enterprise, equipped with both hot stamping and cold stamping die technologies. We operate a fully integrated one-stop system — from product analysis and CAE simulation through 3D die design, precision CNC machining, try-out, and delivery.

Hot Stamping Die Technology
Proprietary hot press forming technology for boron steel heated to 900-950°C, achieving tensile strength of 1,500MPa+. Korea's first and best hot stamping die try-out line.
Cold Stamping Precision
High-precision cold press dies for steel up to 1,180MPa. Multi-stage progressive die technology for complex 3D shapes with dimensional accuracy within ±0.1mm.
